GSL Education seeks a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to work in secondary schools across Leicestershire. You will support students with behavioural, emotional or social difficulties, helping maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
This role involves de-escalating situations, promoting positive behaviour and providing one-to-one or small-group support to help students stay engaged in their learning. A driving licence is beneficial for school access.
