About the role:
Justteachers is seeking a dedicated Learning Mentor to join a welcoming school in the Bradford area on a long-term basis.
This full-time role is due to commence in September
, with shortlisting currently underway. The school has a strong focus on pupil wellbeing and personal development, offering a supportive and structured environment to help learners overcome barriers to education.
- Delivering tailored pastoral and wellbeing support to pupils on a one‑to‑one or small‑group basis
- Helping pupils develop positive attitudes towards learning, attendance, and behaviour
- Working in partnership with teachers, pastoral staff, and SEND teams to support individual progress
- Relevant experience working as a Learning Mentor or in a similar pastoral role
- Experience supporting children or young people who face additional learning or emotional challenges
- A good understanding of behaviour support, motivation, and emotional wellbeing strategies
- Two education or school‑based references
