About the role
A lively secondary school in Bradford are seeking a passionate and skilled Drama Teacher to join its dynamic arts department from to start as soo as possible. This is a part-time role to run on a long-term basis.
The school offer a rich and inclusive curriculum and are passionate that all students can access learning and subjects that excite them. The school has a supportive leadership team with a thriving arts department and access to modern facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Teach Drama to students aged 11–16, adapting lessons to suit a range of abilities
- Organise and lead drama clubs and school productions
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the school’s creative arts provision
- Encourage student participation and foster a lifelong appreciation of music
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Demonstrates strong subject knowledge and performance ability
- Has experience teaching music in a secondary school setting
- Shows commitment to inclusive education and student development
- Two school-based references
