Academics is seeking a Community Mentor for an Alternative Provision in High Wycombe. The role involves delivering 1:1 mentoring and targeted educational support across Buckinghamshire and Berkshire, including pupils' homes and local settings.
You will work with pupils with SEN, SEMH, or additional needs, providing interventions and ongoing encouragement to boost engagement and confidence, while maintaining records and collaborating with families and schools.
