We're working with a number of welcoming secondary schools across Bradford looking for passionate Design & Technology Teachers to join their teams. Whether you're an experienced teacher, an Early Career Teacher, or a specialist in Product Design, Resistant Materials, Engineering, Graphics or Food Technology, we'd love to help you find your perfect role.

You’ll inspire students to design, create and problem‑solve while developing practical skills they'll carry long beyond the classroom. From workshop projects to innovative design challenges, you'll help pupils discover talents they never knew they had.

Teaching engaging Design & Technology lessons across KS3 and KS4

Bringing practical learning to life through creative, hands‑on projects

Encouraging students to think independently, innovate and solve problems

Creating a positive classroom where curiosity and creativity can thrive

Supporting pupils to build confidence alongside technical skills

Contributing to enrichment activities, clubs and wider school life where appropriate

Maintaining high expectations while creating a safe and inclusive learning environment

We're looking for teachers who genuinely enjoy inspiring the next generation of designers, engineers and makers.

You’ll have:

• UK QTS or be completing your teacher training
• Strong subject knowledge and enthusiasm for Design & Technology
• Excellent classroom management and communication skills
• A positive, flexible and proactive approach
• A passion for helping every student reach their potential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
