Yorkshire and Humber/ contract / £100 - 110 per day

Teacher Active is proud to be working with a welcoming SEND school in Bradford that provides a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for children and young people with a range of additional needs. The school is committed to helping every student develop academically, socially and emotionally through personalised support and high-quality care.

The school is looking to appoint a Learning Care Assistant on either a short-term or long-term basis, starting in September. The successful Learning Care Assistant will work closely with pupils across the school, supporting their learning, promoting independence and assisting with their personal, social and emotional development throughout the school day.

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEND
• A caring, patient and compassionate approach
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to support students with a range of additional learning needs
• A proactive and positive attitude towards learning and development
• Flexibility and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

Our staff are paid on a PAYE basis, so you can rest assured that you’re paying the right level of TAX and National Insurance and there’s no messing around with admin charges coming out of your hard earned cash.

Registration may involve an enhanced DBS check, s and the supply of good professional references, depending on the role. We are committed to safeguarding and compliance across all placements.
