Supply Desk is seeking an enthusiastic Intervention Teaching Assistant to support pupils through targeted literacy, numeracy and emotional wellbeing interventions in Southampton. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping learners progress and celebrating every achievement.
You will provide 1:1 and small group support, promote positive behaviour, assist with personalised learning plans and record pupil progress while upholding safeguarding policies.
