Engage Education Ltd is assisting a large Bradford-based secondary school in recruiting a dedicated Behaviour Support Worker. The role focuses on providing targeted support to pupils with behavioural and SEND needs within a pastoral framework and offers a 12-week temp-to-perm pathway.
You will work closely with staff to promote safe, inclusive learning, using de-escalation and safeguarding strategies to help pupils access lessons and engage with their education.
