Teacher Active is seeking a dedicated SEN TA for a small specialist provision in Luton/Central Bedfordshire, starting in September. You will support pupils aged 4-11 with autism and additional needs, delivering 1:1 and small-group assistance.
The role requires a patient, flexible approach, strong communication, and ability to adapt activities to individual needs, helping pupils access a personalised curriculum and develop independence.
