Are you passionate about helping young people achieve their full potential? We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Learning Support Assistant (LSA) to join our supportive education team in Bradford.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference by supporting students with a range of learning needs, ensuring they can access education, develop confidence, and thrive both academically and personally.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide one-to-one and small group support to students.
- Assist learners with special educational needs and disabilities (SEND).
- Support teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.
- Help students develop academic, social, and emotional skills.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records.
- Work collaboratively with teaching staff, parents, and external professionals.
- Experience working with children or young people in an educational, care, or support setting.
- A patient, empathetic, and positive approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong, professional relationships with students.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.

Salary: £93.00 – £120/day
