Teacher of Drama (KS3 & KS4) Permanent Potential

Location: West Sussex
Contract: Full-Time
Start Date: September / ASAP
Salary: £130 - £250 per day

We're working with a welcoming secondary school looking to appoint a dedicated Teacher of Drama on a full-time basis. The role offers the chance to become part of a supportive Performing Arts team, with the potential for a permanent appointment for the right candidate.

The Role
  • Deliver Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4
  • Support students with GCSE performance and coursework elements
  • Create engaging practical and theoretical learning experiences
  • Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Encourage participation in extracurricular performances and productions
Ideal Candidate
  • Holds QTS or equivalent
  • Experience teaching Drama at GCSE level
  • Excellent communication and classroom management skills
  • Enthusiastic about performance, theatre, and creative arts education
  • Positive, adaptable, and student-focused
