Key Stage 2 Teacher

Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire
Contract: Full Time
Salary: Up to £170 per day
Start Date: ASAP / Flexible

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Key Stage 2 Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Bradford on a full-time basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate teacher who is committed to providing high-quality learning experiences and helping pupils achieve their full potential.

The Role

As a Key Stage 2 Teacher, you will:

  • Plan and deliver engaging, creative lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
  • Create a positive, inclusive and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Support the academic, social and emotional development of pupils.
  • Assess and monitor pupil progress, adapting teaching where appropriate.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues, support staff and parents/carers.
  • Maintain high standards of behaviour and safeguarding.
  • Contribute positively to the wider life of the school.
About You

The successful candidate will ideally:

  • Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
  • Have a strong understanding of the KS2 curriculum.
  • Be an engaging and inspiring classroom practitioner.
  • Have excellent communication and classroom management skills.
  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
  • Have a valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS check.
  • Be able to provide suitable references and evidence of eligibility to work in the UK.
