The Role- Support students on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Assist pupils with additional learning and SEN needs
- Encourage engagement, confidence and positive behaviour in lessons
- Work closely with teachers to help students reach their potential
- Provide academic and emotional support where required
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Have previous experience working within UK schools
- Be confident supporting secondary-aged pupils
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Be passionate about education and helping young people succeed
- Be able to provide references covering your recent employment history
All applicants must hold an enhanced DBS certificate registered on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for a new DBS through Teaching Personnel. If you do not currently have a valid DBS, you must be willing to cover the cost of obtaining one as part of the safer recruitment process.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
