Teacher Active is proud to be working with a SEND provision in Bradford, who are looking to appoint a dedicated SEND LSA. The provision supports young people with additional needs and is committed to creating a positive and supportive environment where pupils can develop academically, socially and emotionally.
The provision is looking to take on a SEND LSA for day-to-day and long-term opportunities, with an immediate start available. The successful SEND LSA will support pupils across Key Stage 3 / KS3 and Key Stage 4 / KS4, assisting with learning, managing individual needs and helping pupils engage positively within the classroom.
The successful SEND LSA will have:- Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs
- Experience working with secondary-aged pupils
- The ability to provide effective 1:1 and small group support
- Strong communication and behaviour management skills
- A patient, resilient and adaptable approach
- A dedicated team of consultants available 24/7 to help you with the easy onboarding process
- CPD Courses and certificates as part of the My-Progression channel
