You’ll work alongside a dedicated and supportive team, with full training and development to help you grow your skills, build your confidence and progress your career.

What

You’ll Be Doing
  • Support pupils with Autism and additional needs to engage in learning, develop new skills and reach their potential
  • Create and support engaging, hands‑on learning activities tailored to individual needs and interests
  • Provide compassionate emotional and practical support, helping pupils feel safe, understood and ready to learn
  • Encourage confidence, independence and positive social skills through everyday interactions and activities
  • Get involved in exciting indoor and outdoor learning experiences that bring learning to life
  • Build positive, trusting relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
  • Work as part of a passionate, supportive team to deliver a consistent and nurturing approach
  • Help create a safe, inclusive and inspiring environment where every pupil can learn, grow and succeed
Who we are looking for
  • GCSEs or equivalent in English and Mathematics at grade C / grade 4 or above required
  • Passionate about helping young people achieve their potential
  • Confident working in a variety of learning environments, both indoors and outdoors
  • A strong team player who values collaboration and mutual support
  • Calm, patient and responsive to individual pupil needs
  • Eager to learn, develop and grow within a rewarding education career

Bradford Beacon School, opened in September 2025, is a brand-new specialist independent school for children aged 4–11 with autism and associated complex needs. Set in a purpose‑built, thoughtfully refurbished environment, the school provides a safe, nurturing, and inclusive setting where every child feels valued.
