The academy offers bespoke 1:1 support, providing personalized guidance to help each learner thrive academically and personally. This is a full-time, on-site Teacher role based at Link AP Academy in Bradford. The Teacher will plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to individual needs, often working with students on a 1:1 basis or in small groups. Responsibilities include assessing student progress, adapting teaching strategies to support diverse learning styles, and creating a safe, supportive classroom environment. The Teacher will collaborate with colleagues, support staff, and external professionals to develop personalized learning plans and interventions.

Additional duties include maintaining accurate records, contributing to review meetings, and participating in ongoing professional development to support best practices in alternative provision education.

• Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience working with students who have faced barriers in mainstream settings.
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning, including designing differentiated and individualized learning activities.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to build trust and positive relationships with students, families, and colleagues.
• Experience in Training or mentoring, supporting learners in developing academic, social, and emotional skills.
• Recognized teaching qualification (e.g., QTS or equivalent) and relevant classroom experience.
• Ability to manage behavior positively and maintain a calm, nurturing learning environment.
• Strong organizational skills, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
