Aspiration Training is seeking a dedicated support member to assist students’ learning, development and wellbeing under the direction of teaching staff, ensuring their safety, access to learning and personal care needs are met.
You will work with teachers to deliver tailored learning activities and programmes, adapting support to meet individual needs and promote progress in and out of the classroom, with a focus on inclusion and positive relationships.
