Inclusion Co-ordinator and Designated Safeguarding Lead; DSL

The Inclusion Co-ordinator and Designated Safeguarding Lead post sits within Hanson Academy, an 11 to 19 comprehensive run by Delta Academies Trust in North Bradford. The role leads the school's Inclusion team, making sure students' learning and achievement needs are met, and carries the academy's DSL responsibilities for safeguarding children. It is a permanent, full-time post in a school of around 1,570 students, including a sixth form of 290.

Visa sponsorship is not available, and the post starts in December 2026.

• Promote and safeguard the welfare of children and young people
• Carry out the Designated Safeguarding Lead role in the academy
