• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and wastewater division stakeholders.
• Communicate clearly in both written and verbal forms.
• Provide clear instructions and consistent delivery to inspire confidence.
• Lead localised reporting by preparing and planning concise reports for projects within your area.
• Collaborate with the Head of Capital Works to ensure efficient resource allocation for successful project delivery.
• Coordinate with the commercial team on tenders and proposals, ensuring alignment with governance processes.
• Secure new sales to support the annual financial plan.
• Ensure all projects comply with contracts, statutory regulations, SHEQ requirements, and industry standards.
• Support the business through effective communication in meetings, briefings, reporting, and other forums.
• Foster strong partnerships with suppliers to drive innovation for customers.

• Strong influencing and negotiation skills.
• Present with assurance and confidence.
• Understand commercial and financial metrics.
• Internal and external customer management.
• Knowledge of the construction market.
• Project management methodology.
• Broad understanding of construction Health and Safety law and legislation.
• Understanding of general financial terminology.
• Previous project management experience in a senior capacity, either an M&E, FM, construction or critical environment.
• Previous experience of proven line management responsibility.
• Able to travel to meet the needs of the role.
