Senior Bridge Engineer

Locations:
Bradford, Doncaster, Huddersfield, Hull, Leeds, Sheffield, Wakefield, York, Yorkshire & Humber.

Type:
Contract, Permanent, Salaried.

Salary:
Dependent on experience, skills and location.

• UK experience within a public, private or third sector engineering environment.
• Experience delivering bridge or highway structure design, assessment, inspection or maintenance projects.
• Ability to independently undertake structural analysis, calculations and detailed design.
• Confident in applying DMRB, Eurocodes and/or relevant British Standards.
• Experience producing AIPs, assessment reports, design statements, specifications, BoQs or PCI packs.
• Understanding of CDM Regulations and experience applying them on projects.
• Proficient with industry standard structural analysis software.
• HNC/HND/BEng/BSc/MEng or equivalent.
• Working toward IEng/CEng or recently achieved.
• Experience mentoring engineers or supervising small teams. (Desirable)
• Experience with digital asset management systems. (Desirable)
• Experience in inspections or asset management planning. (Desirable)
• Awareness of temporary works and complex structural assessments. (Desirable)
