Morrisons is seeking an Engineering Shift Manager for its manufacturing operation in Bradford. This role is critical in minimizing machinery downtime, enhancing equipment performance, and engaging the engineering team. The ideal candidate will hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, have a strong background in engineering from an FMCG environment, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach.
