Copello is seeking a Lean Process Engineer for a contract role based in Southampton. The position is onsite 5 days a week, with duration up to November 2026 (4/5 months depending on start date). The day rate will be disclosed on application, with Inside IR35 terms.
You will lead continuous improvement activities across defence manufacturing, driving PFMEA, 5S, Asset Care, and root-cause analysis. Strong Lean Six Sigma background and experience with electro-mechanical assembly are essential to
