Head of Engineering | South West Of England | Food Manufacturing

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced engineering leader who enjoys making a real impact. You'll be responsible for driving engineering performance, developing the engineering team, leading capital investment projects and helping shape the long-term engineering strategy of the business.

• Drive engineering performance and develop the engineering team
• Lead capital investment projects and shape the long-term engineering strategy
• Improve reliability and maintain high safety and compliance standards
• Deliver automation projects and foster a culture of continuous improvement

• Strong background in food or beverage manufacturing
• Experience with in a liquid processing environment is essential (e.g., drinks, brewing, dairy, distilling or other liquid food production)
• Proven track record of leading engineering teams
• Experience improving reliability, delivering Cap Ex and automation projects
• Ability to foster a culture of continuous improvement while maintaining high safety and compliance standards
