* Regular salary reviews every 6–12 months based on performance.## Introduction This is a hands-on role combining field-based service work with in-house controls and commissioning projects. You will support, maintain, and develop advanced automation systems to ensure reliability, performance, and customer satisfaction.## Responsibilities
* Provide on-site and remote technical support for customer breakdowns and service contracts.
* Perform diagnostics, fault-finding, and repairs on control systems, robotics, and automation equipment.
* Support in-house project work including PLC programming, commissioning, and electrical integration.
* Travel to customer sites across the UK and occasionally overseas.
* Participate in an on-call rota to provide remote and emergency support.## Requirements
* Full UK driving licence required.##
