Wates Smartspace is seeking a Resident Engineer to join on-site at Yorkshire Building Society in Bradford. You will be the go-to technical expert, maintaining building systems and supporting reactive and planned maintenance, ensuring safety and service excellence.
The role requires 18th Edition, experience in facilities maintenance, and strong communication. DBS checks will be required at offer; IOSH/NEBOSH and BIFM qualifications are a plus.
