Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer - Electrical Bias

Questech Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of an established manufacturing business in Bradford who are looking for an electrically biased Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team.

💰 Salary: £52,000 per annum

⏰ Shift: 4 on 4 off – Days & Nights

The Role

* Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across the site

* Electrical and mechanical fault finding on manufacturing machinery

* Diagnosing and repairing electrical faults

* Working with motors, sensors, inverters, contractors and control systems

* Basic PLC fault finding

* Carrying out PPMs to minimise downtime and improve equipment reliability

* Responding quickly to breakdowns to keep production running

* Supporting continuous improvement and engineering projects

* Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with site procedures

The Candidate

* Experienced Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer

* Strong electrical bias

* Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment

* Recognised engineering qualification – ideally NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds or equivalent

* Confident with electrical fault finding

* Good mechanical maintenance knowledge

* Comfortable working a 4 on 4 off days and nights shift pattern
