We are currently looking for a
Mobile Operations Support Officer
to join our team at Head Office on a
full-time, permanent basis
.

The role will consist of but not limited to attending alarm activations and conducting patrols using a company vehicle, you will also be required to complete telephone and virtual welfare checks. You will also be responsible for answering the duty manager phone dealing with any issues that arise for our officers on site.

This position will allow you to work as part of a friendly experienced team, who will help guide you and provide you with the correct training in order to complete this role.

The successful candidate must be a hardworking individual who is motivated and passionate about exceeding our customer expectations. Your objective will be to assist the Head office team in providing excellent customer service, reporting back to the Contracts and Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate needs to reside within 10 miles of Head office (Aylesbury/ Leighton Buzzard/ Milton Keynes or the surrounding area) and be IT Literate as you will be updating excel spread sheets and using web based systems to complete your role.

MUST HAVE A VALID UK DRIVING LICENCE WITH NO MORE THAN 3 POINTS IN THE LAST 3 YEARS.

Pay Rate:£13.45 per hour, £29,374.80 per annum

Working Hours:20:00 – 08:00 on a 4 on 4 off rotation

Duties include:

  • Responding to alarm activations
  • Lock-ups/un-locks
  • Conducting welfare visits with guards via telephone and video calls.
  • Assisting with scheduling and control room duties
  • Compiling reports for the management team
  • Daily vehicle checks
  • Answering incoming calls and enquiries
  • Managing staff allocation in the event of absence
