A leading accountancy and tax advisory firm in Bradford is seeking a Corporate Tax Senior Manager (Advisory) to support continued growth across West Yorkshire. This is an advisory-led role with limited compliance, offering exposure to complex corporate tax projects and a clear route to Director.

This opportunity would suit an experienced CTA-qualified corporate tax professional currently operating at Manager or Senior Manager level within a UK professional services firm.

The Role

As Corporate Tax Senior Manager - Advisory
, you will:

Lead and deliver complex corporate tax advisory assignments
, including restructures, group reorganisations, mergers, acquisitions and due diligence

Provide high-quality UK corporate tax advice
, supported by legislation, case law and HMRC guidance

Act as a key client adviser
, building strong long-term relationships with owner-managed businesses and corporate groups

Manage the commercial aspects of advisory work, including budgeting, WIP and billing

Identify tax planning opportunities and contribute to the growth of the advisory offering

Support Partners and Directors with business development
, proposals and pitches

Play an active role in winning new work through networking and client referrals

Review advisory work and provide technical guidance to Managers and junior team members

Mentor, coach and develop members of the corporate tax team

Liaise with HMRC on complex technical and advisory matters

Stay up to date with changes in UK tax legislation and market developments

Candidate Profile

CTA qualified (essential)

Strong experience in UK corporate tax advisory within a professional services firm

Currently operating at Manager or Senior Manager level
