The essentials

• Strong understanding of service charge legislation
• Advanced Excel skills
• Hands‑on experience preparing auditable service charge accounts
• Solid knowledge of different housing tenure types

A recognised finance qualification (or working towards one)

• Social Housing experience
• Understanding of different scheme structures

Ability to read and interpret tenancy agreements/leases.
