Finance Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a qualified Finance Manager to join a growing and ambitious business in Bradford. Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will play a key role in delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining a robust control environment and providing commercial insight to support strategic decision-making.

Key responsibilities include:

Leading the month-end close process and management reporting Managing balance sheet controls and reconciliations Supporting budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning Business partnering with operational stakeholders Supporting audit processes and strengthening financial controls Overseeing fixed asset accounting and capital expenditure projects Driving process improvements across the finance function

About you:

Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA or equivalent)

Experience with in manufacturing, FMCG or a similar environment Strong experience in financial reporting, controls and forecasting Confident working with senior stakeholders across the business Commercially minded with a proactive approach This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious finance professional looking to take on a broad and influential role within a supportive and forward-thinking organisation.
