Commercial Accountant

Our client,a successful and growing financial servicesorganisation based in Bradford, is lookingto appoint aCommercial Accountant tojoin its financeteam. Thisis an exciting opportunity for acommercially minded finance professional who wantsto move beyondtraditional reporting into a rolewith a strong focus on business partnering, financial planning & analysis (FP&A) and strategic decision support. Salary to £60,000, excellent benefits including 32 days hol  stats. 2 days WFH Working closely withthe Head of Finance and senior leadership team, you'llprovidemeaningful financialinsight that helpsdrive performance, support business growth and improve decision-makingacross the organisation.

The Role This is avaried, commercially focusedposition whereyou'll act asa trusted financepartner to operationalstakeholders while deliveringrobust forecasting, analysis and financial modelling.

Key responsibilities include:

Partnering with senior management to providecommercial financial support and challenge Producing financial models, budgets and rollingforecasts to support strategic planning Developing and enhancingforecasting and cashflow reporting processes Delivering insightful profitabilityand performance analysisacross multiple businessareas Supporting revenue planning and analysingkey income streams Producing meaningful management information and performancereporting forsenior stakeholders Preparing and maintaining long-term financialforecasts and monitoring performance against budget Developing financial modelsand cost-benefitanalyses to support business cases, tenders and strategic projects We're looking fora commercially awareaccountant who enjoys working with stakeholders across the business and translating financial data into meaningfulcommercialinsight.
