My client is looking for a driven, motivated character that is looking to gain exposure in to month end management & financial accounts whilst pursing their ACCA/CIMA.

My client is looking for a driven, motivated character that is looking to gain exposure in to month end management & financial accounts whilst pursing their ACCA/CIMA. This opportunity is perfect for Accounts Assistants looking for a chance to work in a fast paced month end management accounts environment.
My client is well known for providing top quality training and providing a positive working culture that has seen the business have some great longevity in their finance team.
- Assist with the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Process invoices, payments, and expense claims.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with regulations and policies.
- Provide support during audits and assist with audit preparation.
- Contribute to improving financial processes and systems.
- Previous experience in an Accounts Assistant, Assistant Accountant or Assistant Management Accountant role
- Desire to study ACCA/CIMA
- Passion for continuous development and improvement
- Good attention to detail and accuracy in financial work.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Speaking a European language is preferred but not essential
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
- Competitive salary ranging from £30,000-£34,000
- Hybrid working (3 days onsite, 2 days at home after training)
