Essential Employment is seeking a Local Land Charges Officer to join the Bradford office on a full-time temporary contract. The role handles receipt, processing and dispatch of local property search requests and assists with registration, amendments and deletions of Local Land Charges.
You will answer enquiries from the public, solicitors and other officers, support HM Land Registry projects, register with HM Land Registry, and contribute to service improvements.
