Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site role located in Bradford for an Ofsted Registered Care Manager. The role involves ensuring high‑quality care for children and young adults in alignment with Ofsted regulations. Responsibilities include overseeing case management, ensuring compliance with safeguarding guidelines, leading and supporting the care team, and collaborating with external stakeholders. The Care Manager will also oversee care plans, facilitate training for staff, and promote the development of residents to achieve their full potential.

Supporting the overall operational success of the care home is a core part of this role.

Qualifications
  • Excellent skills in Case Management, including the ability to oversee care plans, evaluations, and follow‑ups
  • Experience in Training and staff development to ensure the team’s ongoing professional growth
  • Knowledge of Social Services and Elder Care, with the ability to collaborate effectively with agencies and other professionals
  • An understanding of Medicine marshal that relates to ​​care management, including liaising with healthcare professionals
  • ETH
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure the efficient running of care services
  • Ability to develop and implement trauma‑informed, child‑centered care practices
  • Professional qualifications aligned with care management (e.g., NVQ Level 5 in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent)
  • Thorough understanding of Ofsted regulations and adherence to safeguarding standards
  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable
