About the Role:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Family Support Worker to join the Early Help & Transformation team. You'll be supporting children, adolescents, and families to achieve positive outcomes through early intervention and practical support.

Key Responsibilities:

🤝 Work directly with children, adolescents, and families to provide targeted support

🏡 Deliver early help interventions in home and community settings

📋 Contribute to assessments, plans, and reviews

🤝 Work collaboratively with partner agencies

💬 Empower families to build resilience and independence

What We're Looking For:

Experience working with children, adolescents, and families

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Knowledge of early help services and safeguarding

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
