- Conduct health surveillance (e.g., audiometry, spirometry, skin checks) and fitness‑for‑work assessments linked to chemical and process risks.
- Prepare reports, escalating abnormal findings, and coordinate follow‑up with Occupational Health Advisors and physicians.
- Monitor surveillance data to identify exposure trends and emerging workplace health risks.
- Support workplace investigations, risk assessments and compliance activities.
- Deliver DSE, manual handling and ergonomic guidance within production areas.
- Carry out drugs and alcohol screening and take aural impressions for personalised hearing protection.
- Maintain accurate recall systems, confidential medical records, and ensure equipment hygiene, calibration and compliance.
- Contribute to clinical governance and continuous improvement initiatives.
- NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety (or willingness to study towards).
- Knowledge of occupational health screening techniques.
- Experience with in a manufacturing, production, chemical or COMAH‑regulated environment highly desirable.
- Background in occupational health, healthcare, sport science or safety advantageous.
- Comfortable working in operational plant areas and engaging with frontline teams.
- Strong attention to detail, discretion and organisational skills.
