The Role

As a Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will deliver hands on clinical care with confidence, empathy and professionalism. You will be responsible for supporting residents with complex needs, including palliative and end of life care, ensuring comfort, dignity and safety at all times. You will lead shifts when required, support and guide care staff, and ensure clinical standards and care plans are consistently maintained.

Working closely with families, GPs and external healthcare professionals, you will help ensure each resident receives personalised and holistic care that reflects their individual needs and wishes.

About You

You will be a Registered Mental Health Nurse with an active NMC PIN and strong clinical skills. Experience or a keen interest in supporting residents with complex physical health needs, including tracheostomies, PEG feeding or palliative care, is desirable. You will be calm, compassionate and confident in your practice, with excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to dignity, respect and high quality care.
