  • Deliver safe, high-quality, evidence-based care as a named nurse
  • Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care plans
  • Take responsibility for the ward on shift, ensuring safety and positive patient experience
  • Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team
  • Empower service users and advocate for their choice
What We’re Looking For
  • Registered Mental Nursing Certificate (RMN) or Registered Nurse Learning Disabilities (RNLD)
  • Experience in mental health settings (placement or substantive)
  • Excellent communication and decision-making skills
  • A positive, adaptable and empathetic approach
  • Commitment to professional development and team working
