Bradford Children and Families Trust is seeking an Outreach Practitioner for the Strengthening Families Team in Bradford. You will work with children and families alongside social workers, delivering intensive, bespoke support to keep families safely together where possible.
The role requires experience with multi-disciplinary teams, a Level 3 qualification, and willingness to work evenings, weekends and in family settings, with a focus on restorative practice and strong record-keeping.
