Foster Carer
We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our network of foster carers. We offer various placement options-including respite, emergency, and long-term care-designed to align with your personal and professional commitments.
Responsibilities- Provide high-quality, trauma-informed care tailored to the individual needs of the child.
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of therapists and social care professionals to ensure ongoing development.
- Maintain a safe, nurturing home environment that promotes stability and well-being.
- Participate in continuous professional development and clinical training.
- Utilise 24/7 support resources to navigate challenges effectively.
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- A suitable, permanent spare bedroom in your residence.
- Full-time UK residency or indefinite leave to remain.
- Demonstrable experience in health, social care, education, nursing, or youth work.
- Weekly financial recognition ranging from £491 to £1055.
- Access to fully funded, specialist training programs.
- 24/7 professional guidance and clinical support.
