Join a brilliant team on the Isle of Man, committed to supporting autistic people to live as independently as possible and to be part of their local community. Autism Initiatives work positively alongside people with autism, providing specialist services that are tailored to each individual.

We are seeking friendly Support Workers to join us at our Residential services. We have a number of houses located in Central and Northern parts of the Island within easy reach of local bus routes.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic and will enjoy joining a team that encourages people with autism to enjoy an active lifestyle. Community activities could include swimming, accessing walking groups or trips to the cinema or even camping trips and gorge walking. Support Workers promote health and well-being and support individuals to maintain their home. The support we deliver is flexible and unique to each individual, building on their strengths and driven by their goals.

Experience is not essential, but a genuine desire to making a difference to the lives of people with autism, as well as a positive attitude is. This is truly a rewarding role, with the opportunity for you to develop your skills, knowledge and fulfil your career aspirations.

We particularly welcome applications from candidates who hold a manual driving licence.

We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.

We are committed to equal opportunities in employment and in service delivery.
