Hours:

12-hour shifts 36 - 48 hours per week
Monday - Sunday
Rota Basis 24/7
Working hours are - 8am - 8pm or 8pm - 8am
Must be able to support with short notice, holiday, and sickness cover.

£13.70 per hour. Probation period 6 months.

A fantastic opportunity to join an established care and support team supporting an individual in his own home.

I have advance Parkinsons Disease I am looking for an honest, reliable hardworking individual to provide with personal physical and practical support.

You will need to be friendly patient and calm with a consistent approach to the role.

You will be proactive and able to work under minimum supervision.

I have many interests. I love all types of sport (although football remains my favourite).

Experience is not essential but desirable, it is more important to be willing to learn about Parkinson's and how to support me.

You will be expected to have had or be prepared to have the COVID 19 vaccine and boosters.

Good understanding as well as good spoken English is necessary in this role.

There is a genuine occupational requirement for the holder of this post to be male in accordance with the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014 and Equality Act 2010 schedule 9 paragraphs 1 - 4.
