Positive-Futures-Recruitment is seeking a Night Support Worker for a residential setting in Cranborne. This role involves overnight support for young people aged 16-25 with various needs, with no personal care required. Full training provided and a permanent, full-time contract.
Hours are 7:45pm to 8:15am on a 4 on/4 off rota, averaging 43.75 hours per week. You will play a calm, supportive role, helping with routines, activities, and developing independence skills.
