Pay: £13.30 per hour (drivers) | £12.75 per hour (walkers)
Shifts: Flexible across a rota - early and late shifts Contract: Full-time, permanent Location: Breadford and Pudsey - supporting people across multiple areas.

Where You'll WorkYou'll be based in Bradford and the surrounding area supporting people in their own homes. We're looking for Care Assistants who are flexible and happy to work across all the following areas:
- BD1 - Bradford City Centre
- BD2 - Undercliffe
- BD3 - Barkerend
- BD4 - East Bowling
- BD5 - West Bowling
- BD7 - Great Horton
- BD8 - Girlington
- LS28 - Pudsey
- £13.30 per hour - drivers
- £12.75 per hour - walkers
- Mileage: 50p per mile for drivers & 20p per mile for cyclists
- Full-time hours
Working Pattern:
- Early shift (breakfast & lunches): 6.30am - 2.00pm
- Late shift (teas and beds): 3.00pm - 10.00pm
You will work on a 2-week rota, including alternative weekends or every Saturday or every Sunday.
What You'll Be DoingIf you have previous experience caring for a family member or friend, you'll make an excellent Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant with Be Caring, you will:
- Support people to achieve their personal outcomes, working alongside families and professionals
- Provide dignified personal care that respects privacy and choice
- Promote independence and confidence using enabling approaches
- Deliver personalised care based on individual needs, choices and preferences
- Communicate clearly, recording and sharing information with the right people at the right time
- Help people stay connected to their community, accessing local services and support
You'll receive comprehensive paid induction training, including:
- Be Caring values and going Above & Beyond to meet personal outcomes
- Dignity and respect, safeguarding, and equality and diversity
- Confidentiality and professional boundaries
- Fluids and nutrition and safe administration of medication
- Moving and positioning, basic life support, and pressure sores (React to Red)
- Infection prevention and control, health and safety
- Learning Disabilities (Oliver McGowan Tier
1), mental health and capacity
