We are currently recruiting for a Support Worker to join our Specialist Support Team, in the Wiltshire Domestic Abuse Service, providing support to people living in our safe accommodation.

You will work with customers to agree a support plan that meets their immediate safety needs and starts the process of recovery, linking them to other specialist support services where required. You will work in a trauma informed way and ideally have a background in supporting people with complex needs.

Qualified to ISVA/IDVA level or have related experience.

You will work effectively with the wider staff team and other professionals, making referrals to statutory and specialist agencies.

• Experience of working with vulnerable people, particularly with those affected by domestic abuse
• Experience of multi-agency working, managing risk and following case management procedures to meet the needs of a diverse client group
• You will have knowledge of welfare benefits.
• You will ideally have experience of supporting customers with multiple needs.

You will hold a UK driving licence with access to a vehicle.
