What youll be doing Managing and growing a warm portfolio of Manufacturing clients. Developing long-term relationships with hiring managers, senior leaders, and decision-makers.

Delivering high-quality permanent recruitment solutions using proven processes and a strong brand reputation. Driving new business opportunities while nurturing existing accounts. Representing the business as a sector expert with a focus on excellence, delivery, and results. What youll bring A successful track record in permanent recruitment, ideally within Manufacturing or a related technical sector. Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with stakeholders from Line Manager to Board level.

A driven, focused, and tenacious approach, with the ambition to build a long-term career. The ability to manage multiple vacancies, build relationships quickly, and consistently deliver high standards. A full UK driving licence.
