HR Administrator

Location: Bradford
Contract: Full-Time / Term Time
Employer: Teaching Personnel (working on supply in a secondary school)

✨ Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to work in a busy and supportive secondary school in Bradford
. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organised, professional, and confident managing HR processes within an education or office environment.

• Maintain accurate staff personnel files and HR databases
• Support with safer recruitment checks
  , including DBS and compliance documentation
• Assist with staff onboarding and induction processes
• Maintain absence records and HR documentation
• Liaise with staff, senior leaders, and external agencies when required
• Ensure all HR procedures follow school safeguarding and employment policies
• Provide general administrative and HR support to the wider school team

• Previous HR experience (ESSENTIAL - applications without HR experience will not be considered)
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage confidential information professionally
• Experience with HR systems or school MIS systems (desirable)
• ⚡ Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
