Bradford, Hybrid (3 days a week (Tuesday – Thursday) in the office)

Salary: £26,367 per annum

Permanent, 35 hours per week, Monday – Friday 9am-5pm.

    :
    Manage end-to-end recruitment processes using our ATS, ensuring every candidate has a smooth, positive, and human experience.
  • HR Query Hero
    :
    Be the go-to person for HR queries – from salary changes and onboarding new starters to drafting letters and supporting employee lifecycle events.
  • Culture Champion
    :
    Help us build a workplace where people feel valued, supported, and inspired.
  • Process Improver
    :
    Take ownership of tasks and suggest improvements to make our HR processes even better.
  • Multitasking Master
    :
    Juggle a variety of tasks with grace and precision – no detail is too small!
  • Problem Solver
    :
    Tackle challenges with a can-do attitude and a customer-first mindset.

The spot salary for the HR Administrator post is £26,367 per annum for applicants who fully meet the requirements of the post. If you’re still developing some of the skills or experience, you can start at a salary 5% or 10% below the spot rate, with clear support and progression opportunities to reach the full amount.

About you

You’ll bring:

  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, take ownership and manage a high volume of tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong experience of managing multiple query types and ability to seamlessly switch focus between different tasks quickly
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems
  • Experience in providing customer-focused service in a fast-paced environment
