Oak Furniture land is seeking a Learning and Performance Partner to drive development initiatives across the business. You will design and deliver learning content (in person, virtual and eLearning) and support managers with development conversations to improve performance and culture.
You will collaborate with HRBPs and SMEs to ensure high-quality materials, maintain onboarding content, and evaluate the impact of learning programs on business outcomes. Hybrid working is offered.
