Bradford Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Assistant Director of HR:
Recruitment and Workforce Innovation on a 12-month fixed-term or secondment basis. You will lead our Medical Workforce, Recruitment, Workforce Information and Apprenticeship services, providing strategic leadership for a modern, efficient HR function aligned with the Trust's objectives.
The role requires senior NHS HR experience, a Chartered CIPD (Level
7) qualification, and a proven track record
